Kristin Costanzo, DC

 Dr. Kristin grew up in Denver, CO.

Attending  Life West Chiropractic in the Bay Area; graduating in Sept. 2017.  Kristin is also currently working towards her chiropractic pediatric  certification. She is also Webster certified; a specific technique to  balance the pelvis in pregnant women.

Kristin has lived in Central Oregon in 2017, where she is grown to love hiking, especially with her dog, Cooper.

Kristin has been studying activator methods since graduating and is a Proficiency Rated Doctor.  

Natasha Ruegsegger, DC

In 2015, Natasha moved to Bend with her husband and two sweet therapy certified  dogs.

She enjoys a variety of outdoor sports like running,  climbing, boating and being out in nature. She is a native Oregonian,  having grown up in a small town called Monmouth.

During her  schooling at University of Western States, she had pursued extensive  postgraduate studies in Activator Methods and is certified as a  Proficiency Rated Doctor.

Cherie Brown, Chiropractic Assistant

Cherie Brown, came from Washington to Central Oregon with her family of four. She has two daughters, fourteen and four years old and step-son that is fifteen. She loves it here in Central Oregon, she says “the scenery here is breath taking!”


She worked a a chiropractic assistant and then became a massage therapist in her prior clinic in Mississippi. She is now continuing her studying here in Central Oregon to become a certified massage therapist (LMT). Elk Ridge has brought her back to the love of helping patients.

Ashlyn Foster, Receptionist

As  an Oregon native, Ashlyn came to us from Eastern Oregon in 2018 along  with her husband Eric and dog, Tessa. While getting to know the area  that they’ve grown to love, their family of three is expanding to a  family of four this winter as they plan for the arrival of their first  child. 

With a strong history in customer service, Ashlyn has  happily found herself in our clinic where she is very excited to  establish a settled life and grow along with the office and see where it  takes her during her time in Central Oregon.

Justin Hodai, LMT

 Justin grew up living and traveling all over the world. He landed in  Bend, OR in 1992 and immediately felt he had found a place to put down  roots. Justin loves the outdoors and martial arts. With any active  lifestyle; be it a hobby, occupation, sport, or competition; injury pans  strain can keep us from reaching the next level or doing what we enjoy.  Justin’s path to massage therapy came though his own experiences over  the years, being frustrated by pain and injury that would not heal. He  found healing through physical therapy and specifically, massage which  led to significant shift in his life and career. Justin graduated from  Sage school of massage in 2013 and has been practicing in Bend since  then. His specialty is deep tissue massage and myofascial release with  emphasis on injury and chronic pain recovery. In his spare time Justin  and his wife enjoy camping, disc golf and hanging out at home with their  dog, Button, and their two cats, Balder & Pickle.

Megan Charmichael, Acupuncturist

 

Megan  is a valuable part of our group, offering a variety of techniques  including basic acupuncture, gua sha, cupping and more. She has been a  license Acupuncturist for 5 years and is continuous expanding her  education in the field of medicine.

Family comes first in  Megan's life. Her husband and her daughters are the focus of every  adventure she embarks on. She loves to travel, cook and try new hot  spots around town.

Mona Rowden, LMT

 Mona has been in Service oriented careers for over 20 years. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. After a series of life changing events, though born and raised in Texas, she decided to move to what she calls, “Her Souls home on Earth”, Oregon! “I came here in 2015 and absolutely fell in love with the Oregon landscapes, especially the water falls. I could not get it out of my mind, every time I thought about it or looked at pictures I was immediately more peaceful.” She’s never looked

back. Her career focus now is her healing modalities of massage.

Lindsey Dickens, LMT

 Through her own experiences with injury and living an active lifestyle, Lindsey has developed a kind and empathetic view of the body which has allowed her to anticipate peoples needs and make the client feel at ease during treatments. She is gifted at tailoring her sessions to fit her clients individual needs. Lindsey’s strong suits lay in deep tissue, sports, Injury treatment, cupping, and Gua Sha. 

Her sensitivity in touch where she can feel the way your muscles are responding help her customize the session to each individual while addressing the issues presenting in the body.
