Elk Ridge is pleased to announce the arrival of its new Physical Therapist, Doctor Corinne Hieatt! Corinne will be joining the team on October 10th, 2022 and will be servicing Elk Ridge patients in the new physical therapy building adjacent to the main Elk Ridge building on Franklin Avenue in Bend, Oregon.

To help get you better acquainted with our talented new member of the team, we asked Corinne to share a little about herself…

“Hi, I’m Corinne and I’m excited to join the Elk Ridge team!”

“Before I became a physical therapist, I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego with degrees in Biology and Spanish Literature (Se habla Español!). I  then earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California.”

“I’m drawn to physical therapy because I have a passion for helping my patients reach their highest potential. I love the diversity of treating patients of all ages – from infants who need help reaching their motor milestones, to fall-prevention in the elderly.  I also have a lot of experience with orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, and have a special interest in neck, back, and hip injuries.”

“Outside of the clinic, I love to surf the river wave in Bend and go to the coast to surf in the ocean whenever I can. I practice yoga and meditation daily; I’m also an avid hiker, camper, snowboarder, cross country skier, and am currently working on my mountain biking skills!”
